ORDER

Seeking promotion to the post of PG Assistant (History), the petitioner has sent a representation, dated 27.08.2018 to the respondents. Due to non-consideration of her representation, the petitioner is before this Court.

2. Mrs. S. Srimathy, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2; Mr.P. Arun Jeyatram, learned counsel takes notice for 3rd respondent. By consent, the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

writ petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for in this petition, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 27.08.2018 on merits and in accordance with law and pass necessary orders, after affording due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
