ORDER

The petitioner has filed this writ petition for the issuance of writ of mandamus directing the respondent to conclude his proceedings in A.Thi.Ka.No.5333/2022, dated 28.11.2022, initiated to record the name of the petitioner as the Hereditary Trustee of Arulmigu Irukkangudi Mariamman Temple, Irukkangudi, Sattur Taluk, Virudhunagar District, in the vacancy arising out of the demise of the father of the petitioner, Thiru S.Marimuthu Poosari within a time to be fixed by this Court. 2.Considering the limited prayer that is sought for in this writ petition, this Writ Petition is allowed with a direction to the second

respondent to conclude his proceedings in A.Thi.Ka.No.5333/2022, dated 28.11.2022, after affording personal hearing of opportunity to the petitioner as well as the rival claimants, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
