O R D E R

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents pointed out that the 'Lock and Seal' action has been taken by the authorities only pursuant to the order dated 02.11.2017 in W.P.(MD)No.16157 of 2017.

3. Therefore, I am of the view that the petitioner will have to apply for review of the said order or filing a Miscellaneous petition in the said Writ proceedings. No relief can be granted in this Writ petition. Giving liberty to the Writ petitioner to take out an appropriate application in W.P.(MD)No.16157 of 2017, the Writ petition stands closed. No costs.
