ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct respondents to provide police protection for survey and fencing in S.No. 455/5 of Maruoothu Village, Dindigul East Taluk, Dindigul District, on the basis of the petitioner's representations dated 09.02.2026 and 14.02.2026 within the time fixed by this Court.

Already the petitioner obtained judgement and decree from the District Munsif, Dindigul, vide judgment dated 31.07.2023, in favour of him declaring his title granting permanent injunction restraining the defendant from interfering with his possession. Hence, the petitioner submitted representations dated 09.02.2026 and 14.02.2026. Since the said 2/5

representations were not considered sofar, the petitioner has approached this Court by way of filing this writ petition.

3. As far as the survey is concerned, the Tahsilar, Natham Taluk, Dindigul District, is suo motu impleaded in this petition. The Tahsildar is directed to survey the land on payment of necessary fees after issuing notice to the petitioner as well as the rival parties. Further, while surveying the land, if necessary, the Tahsildar shall seek police protection. If the Tahsildar seeks police protection, the respondent police shall give police protection on payment of necessary fees from the petitioner. 4.With this direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No Costs.
