2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the suit in O.S.No.229 of 2021 is pending on the file of the I Additional Subordinate Court, Nagercoil, for declaring that the land to an extent of ten cents situate in Re-S.No.325/17, wherein the temple is situated and for a consequential injunction.

3. The Writ Petition has become infructuous, leaving the petitioner to resolve the above said issue in the pending suit itself. Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
