This petition has been filed seeking a direction to transfer the investigation in Crime No.6 of 2016 on the file of the 2nd respondent police to the 1st respondent Police.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the first accused married the petitioner as the third wife by giving false representation, while the other accused have abetted the commission of offence.
4.The grievance of the petitioner is that the accused 1 to 4 are in abroad and the second respondent has not taken action against the other accused.

5.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that the respondent police have already issued notice on the accused 1 to 4 and they are conducting the investigation in a proper manner.
6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court finds it appropriate that the investigation in Crime No.6 of 2016 shall be done by the second respondent under the supervision of the first respondent.
7.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
