ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to dispose the appeal proceedings pending 1/6

before him in Na.Ka.No.6425/2024/Aa4 preferred by the 2nd respondent within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. The petitioner was granted patta by order of the Tahsildar. However, the same was contested by the 2nd respondent, who preferred an appeal before the 1st respondent as early as 21.08.2024. The petitioner is now seeking early disposal of the said appeal.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the 1st respondent is directed to consider the appeal and dispose of the same within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No Costs. 05-03-2026 KSA 2/6
