direct the respondents 1 to 3 to issue a patta to the petitioner's name in Survey No. 118/1A1C and 118/1A3C situated at Panangakudi Village, Thiruverumbur Taluk, Trichy District, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 17.02.2026. 2.This Court without expressing any opinion on merits is directing the 3rd respondent Tahsildar to issue notice to the petitioner and the 4th respondent and conduct an enquiry and thereafter, pass orders in accordance to law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3.With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
