ORDER:- This Appeal Suits listing for Extension of Time on this day and upon perusing the letter received from the Subordinate Judge, Periyakulam vide D.No.227/2021, Dated:03.07.2021, D.No.3853/21 dated 07/07/2021 Principal District Judge, Theni seeking extension of time for one more months, and this Court made the following order:

This petition has been listed today under the caption 'for extension of time' to dispose of the case in L.A.O.P.No.1 of 2005. 2.This Court has already allowed the appeals by Judgment dated 04.02.2021 and directed the Court below to dispose of the case in L.A.O.P.No.1 of 2005 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order. Now the Court below requests further time to dispose of the said case.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons assigned by the learned Judge, this Court is inclined to grant further time and accordingly, one month time is granted for disposing the case in L.A.O.P.No.1 of 2005.
