ORDER : The Court made the following order :- When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that after completion of investigation, final report is filed and the same is taken on file in C.C.No.1018 of 2024 on the file of the District and Sessions Court for EC and NDPS Act Cases, Madurai. 1/3

2. In view of the above submission, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

3. The petitioner can approach the District and Sessions Court for EC and NDPS Act Cases, Madurai and file bail application.

4. On filing bail application, the District and Sessions Court for EC and NDPS Act Cases, Madurai, is directed to consider the same on its own merits without being influenced by the observation made by this Court in earlier order dated 31.07.2023.
