ORDER

It is an application seeking a direction to the respondent to give police protection to survey the common lane which is on the eastern side of the petitioner's house in Survey No.574/2 and to enable him to complete the compound wall construction by considering his representation dated 13.06.2016. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent. By consent, the Criminal Original Petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that due to land dispute, his opponents prohibited him from surveying the common lane situated on the eastern side of his house and also to construct the compound wall; hence, he has submitted a representation dated 13.06.2016 to the respondents seeking necessary Police Protection and as there was no response to the same, he has come up with this petition.
