O R D E R

The petitioner, based on his purchase on 06.12.2024, under registered document, has made an application for survey on 02.01.2025. As there was no survey, the petitioner also made a representation on 12.02.2025. Even thereafter, according to the petitioner, no survey was conducted and hence he has been constrained to approach this Court by way of the above Writ Petition. 2.Considering the limited relief sought for by the petitioner, it would suffice to dispose of the Writ Petition, with a direction to the respondents to conduct a survey based on the petitioner's application dated 02.01.2025, within a period of twelve [12] weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3.Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
