ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by S.NAGAMUTHU,J] The petitioner is the father of one Sajitha, aged 20 years. According to the petitioner, she is a Diploma holder in Nursing and she was found missing on 04.08.2015. On a complaint made by the petitioner, a case has been registered in Crime No.376 of 2015 on the file of the second respondent for girl missing.

2. Today when the matter was taken up, neither the petitioner nor his counsel is present. The detenu is produced by M.Mariyaraja Fernandas, Sub-Inspector of Police, Kaliyakkavilai Police Station, Kaliyakkavilai.

3. On enquiry, the detenu would submit that she has decided to marry the third respondent. The third respondent is also present. She would further submit that she was neither illegally detained nor harrassed by anybody.

4. In view of the same, no further direction is required in this Habeas Corpus Petition. Accordingly, this Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed.
