ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed to set aside the order passed in I.A.No.1294 of 2016 in HMOP No.4 of 2016 by the learned Principal District Judge, Madurai, dated 13.02.2016. 2.Heard the learned counsel on either side.

3.The learned counsel on either side submitted that the dispute between the petitioner and the respondent was amicably settled before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre attached to this bench and a report to that effect has also been filed. Hence, both the learned counsel seek for closing the three cases filed by them, which are pending before the trial Court. 4.In view of the submission made on either side, the learned Principal District Judge is directed to dispose of the three cases ie., HMOP Nos.3 and 4 of 2016 and G.W.O.P.No.16 of 2016 immediately in view of the settlement arrived between the parties. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 5.This Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with the above

direction. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
