ORDER
It is an application seeking a direction to the second respondent to register a case based on the complaint of the petitioner dated 07.04.2016 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents would submit that the complaint of the petitioner has been enquired into and it has been closed on the ground that the matter pertains to "civil in nature". 4.In view of the above submission, the second respondent is directed to furnish a copy of the closure report to the petitioner, if not furnished already and on receipt of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
the same, it is open to the petitioner to take further action in accordance with law.
5.This Criminal Original Petition is accordingly closed.
