This petition has been filed to direct the respondents to grant permission for conducting village level flood light Kabadi Tournament to be held on 26.05.2018 at about 09.00 a.m to 27.05.2018 at about 06.00 p.m in temple ground, Vairichettipalayam Village, Thuraiyur Taluk, Trichy District based on the petitioner's representation dated 19.05.2018 submitted before the respondents.

2. Mr.S.Angappan, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents.

3.Heard both sides and perused the materials on record.

4. In view of the limited prayer sought for and without going into the merits of the petitioner's representation dated 19.05.2018, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation on its own merits on or before 25.05.2018. Such an exercise shall be done after giving due opportunity to the petitioner and to any other person who may be interested in the subject matter.
