ORDER

This petition has been filed praying to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner under the pretext of asking for the whereabouts of younger son of the petitioner and also not to harass her under the pretext of booking her under false cases. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the respondent Police frequently called the petitioner to the Police Station and harassed him under the guise of enquiry. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner was called only for enquiry in respect of whereabouts of the petitioner's younger son and the respondent Police did not cause any harassment to the petitioner. However, he gave an undertaking that if at all the presence of the petitioner is required, the second respondent would call the petitioner for enquiry only after issuing summons giving specific date, time and place.
