Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner on instructions states that the petitioner is not pursuing the challenge to the impugned order. The said submission is placed on record. It is stated that the petitioner is a 52 year old woman suffering from some ailments and she has some difficulties. It is open to the petitioner to submit a fresh representation to the concerned authority. If any such representation is filed, it is open to the authority concerned to pass an appropriate order on merits. 2/4

3.Permitting the petitioner to pursue departmental remedies, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
