ORDER

This petition is filed seeking a direction to the second respondent police to register a case based on the complaint of the petitioner, dated 14.06.2016.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions would submit that the second respondent has already conducted enquiry and closed on 01.09.2016.

4.But, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has given a complaint to the Inspector of Police, Palani Police Station and the same is pending. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of, directing the second respondent to furnish a copy of the closure report to the counsel for the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not furnished already to the petitioner and on receipt of the same, it is open to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law. Consequently connected Crl.M.P.(MD). No.8677 of 2016 is closed.
