PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct respondents 1 to 3 to give necessary police protection to the petitioner and his family members life and limb and consequently directing them to take action against the fourth to seventh respondents by considering the petitioner's representation, dated 21.03.2022.

ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to give necessary police protection to the petitioner and his family members life and limb and consequently directing them to take action against the fourth to seventh respondents by considering the petitioner's representation, dated 21.03.2022.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor stated that the petitioner has lodged a complaint before the respondent police and for the same, enquiry is still pending.

3.Considering the above, the third respondent is directed to conduct an enquiry, after issuing notice to the petitioner and private respondents and complete the same within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. 4.With the above direction, the criminal original petition is disposed of.
