ORDER

The prayer sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous, in the light of the order passed by this Court in W.P(MD) No.28968 of 2020, dated 09.02.2023, that the respondent has already issued orders for the provisional release subject to the condition of furnishing security. However, it does not preclude the petitioner from approaching the respondents for further orders.
