.. Respondents Habeas Corpus Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus to direct the respondents to produce the body of petitioner's wife, Hema, D/o.Angumuthu and Rengu aged 19 years, before this Court and to set her at liberty.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by V.S.RAVI, J.) This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed by the petitioner to produce his wife, Hema, D/o.Angumuthu and Rengu, aged 19 years.

2. Today, the second respondent has produced Ms.Hema, D/o.Angumuthu before this Court. The petitioner identified the detenue. The mother of the detenue is also present before this Court. When enquired, the detenue asserted before this Court that no one has illegally detained or harassed her.

3. In view of the above, the Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed and the detenue is set at liberty.
