ORDER

It is an application to quash the FIR in Crime No.105 of 2016 pending on the file of the 1st and 2nd respondents. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents 1&2 . 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that petition enquiry has been conducted and closed as mistake of fact on 01.09.2016.

4.At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the closure report is not yet received by the petitioner.

5.In view of the above submission, the second respondent is directed to furnish a copy of the closure report to the counsel for the petitioner, if not furnished already to the petitioner.
