ORDER

The petitioner seeks police protection for his life and limb. 2.The petitioner admits that a criminal case in Crime No.44 of 2020 has been registered against his brother on the file of the second respondent. It appears that there is a serious political dispute between the petitioner's brother and defacto complainant. 3.The petitioner alleges that the defacto complainant has threatened him. It appears that one other case has also been registered. The petitioner has given a representation dated 14.03.2020 in this regard to the first respondent.

4. The first respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's request and take appropriate action in accordance with law.

5.This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of on these terms.
