ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus to consider the petitioner's complaint dated 10.11.2025. 1/4

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioner had not submitted the relevant documents and had not participated in the enquiry; hence, the same was closed.

3. Therefore, the petitioner is directed to submit all relevant records within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Upon such submission, the respondents shall consider the same and pass orders within a period of four weeks therefrom. If any criminal offence is made out, the respondents are at liberty to proceed in accordance with law.

4. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No Costs.
