Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a writ of Certiorafied Mandamus to call for the records pertaining to the impugned order in Mu.Mu.No.8824/E4/2019 dated 28-07-2020 on the file of the Respondent No.2 and quash the same as illegal in so far as treating the Record Clerk post as Surplus without teacher and consequently for a direction, directing the respondent No.3 to grant approval to the appointment of the petitioner in the post of Record Clerk at the 4th Respondent school with effect from 02-052020 with all consequential benefits within the time period stipulated by this Honourable Court.

No costs.
