ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the 2nd respondent to provide adequate police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner by considering the petitioner's representation dated 25.02.2023 and his family members.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on the basis of the representation made by the petitioner, enquiry was undertaken in CSR No.327 of 2023 dated 06.03.2023. During the course of enquiry, the counter parties also appeared and gave a statement to the effect, since the suit is pending before the civil Court, they will not make any trouble to each other and they will workout their remedy through the pending civil process. On the basis of the above said undertaking given by the private parties, the enquiry was closed. 2/4

3. With the above said observation, nothing survives for further consideration or direction in this matter. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
