This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to provide adequate police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner based on the complaint of the petitioner dated 02.12.2016.

2.Mr.I.Louis Martin, Special Sub Inspector of Police, Subramaniapuram Police Station, Madurai City is present. 3.Heard Mr.S.C.Herold Singh, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.K.Anbarasan, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondents. 4.It is the case of the petitioner that he has been unnecessarily threatened by one Johnkids Isrel and the petitioner had given a complaint based on which petition enquiry has been conducted under CSR No.658 of 2016. continuing to cause harassment to the petitioner. In this regard, the petitioner has given a complaint dated 04.03.2017. 5.The learned Government Advocate submitted that the second respondent police are conducting enquiry into the complaint of the petitioner dated 04.03.2017.

6.Under such circumstances, the second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry into the complaint of the petitioner dated 04.03.2017, by calling both parties and take action in accordance with law.

7.This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
