This petition has been filed seeking a direction to 1st respondent to transfer the investigation in Crime No. 99 of 2015 dated 22.09.2015 on the file of the 2nd respondent police to the 3rd respondent, Inspector of Police, CBCID, Madurai.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that petition enquiry has been conducted in Crime No.99 of 2015 and closed as 'action dropped' on 07.07.2016. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
