PRAYER: This Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C.,, to call for the records in FIR Crime No.66 of 2022 on the file of the Sub-Inspector of Police, Karaikudi North Police Station, Karaikudi, Sivagangai District and quash the same.

ORDER

This petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No. 1/4

66 of 2022 on the file of the first respondent police. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that investigation has been completed and Final Report was filed before the Judicial Magistrate Court, Karaikudi and the same was taken on file in PRC.No.132 of 2022.

3. Since Final Report has been filed, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the charge sheet, if so advised. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
