ORDER
Heard the learned counsel for the writ petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the respondents 1 and 2 . 2.The petitioner invokes Section 77-A of the Registration Act, 1908 for cancelling the petition mentioned document. The Inspector General of Registration has issued circular for directing the authorities to keep the enquiry under the aforesaid provision on hold till the Hon'ble Larger Bench decides the issue. The petitioner's complaint will be kept pending. The first respondent will take a call based on the decision to be rendered by the Hon'ble Larger Bench.
