This Criminal Original Petition is filed to call for the records pertaining to the impugned FIR in Crime No.13 of 2016 on the file of the first respondent police and quash the same as illegal and unlawful.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that investigation was conducted and the same was closed as mistake of fact and RCS notice was also served on the defacto complainant.
