Heard both sides.

2.The petitioner suffered rejection order at the hands of the Tahsildar, Lalgudi on 03.07.2019. Questioning the same, the petitioner has filed an appeal before the Revenue Divisional Officer, Lalgudi. All that the petitioner wants is disposal of the said appeal.

3.The second respondent is directed to dispose of the petition mentioned appeal on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. The second respondent shall put the interested persons, if any, on notice before passing final order. 2/4
