The learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner submit that the Petitioner had filed this petition seeking a direction against the Respondents not to interfere in the civil dispute. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on instructions of the Respondents submit that the Respondents are not interfering in the civil dispute. He further submit that the rival party in this case had given a complaint. Based on which, CSR.No.139 of 2024, dated 08.02.2024 was assigned.
3.In view of the above, the Respondents are warned in the light of the circular of the Director General of Police, Head of State Police Force, Tamil Nadu State, Chennai -4 issued in Rc.No.892914/X1/2020 dated 12.03.2021 that the Field Officers shall not entertain any dispute regarding property and money. If they violate the circular, they may attract the disciplinary proceedings.
