This Writ Petition is filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to trace out the petitioner's sale deed in Document no. 349/1994 dated 15.01.1994, on the file of the subRegistrar, Manapparai, or to issue a non-traceable certificate to the petitioner within the time frame as fixed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel on both side.

3. The petitioner is directed to produce xerox copy of the sale deed in Document no.349/1994 dated 15.01.1994 before the respondents. On such submission, the respondents shall proceed further as per law.

4.With this direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No Costs.
