O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to appoint some other competent person other than the second respondent to investigate the case in Cr.No.255 of 2016 on the file of the second respondent and further direct the first respondent to monitor the investigation.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that after conducting the investigation in Crime NO.255 of 2016, charge sheet has been filed by the respondent police before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Vedasanthur and the same was taken on file as C.C.No.50 of 2016.

3. Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
