ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.NAGAMUTHU, J.) The petitioner is the wife of one Mr.Murugan. According to the petitioner, the 4th respondent took him into illegal custody on 20.08.2015 at 5.45 p.m. and detained him in illegal custody. Since he was not released, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the 4th respondent registered a case in Crime No.328 of 2015 under Section 110 Cr.P.C. in connection with the same, according to him, he arrested the accused/detenu and on the same day released him by securing a bond, directing him to appear before the Revenue Divisional Officer, Kumbakonam. further submit that the proceedings under Section 110 Cr.P.C. is going to be enquired today before the Revenue Divisional Officer, Kumbakonam. The said statement is recorded.

3. In view of the above, sine Mr.Murugan is not under illegal custody, this Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed.
