Contempt Petition filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 to punish the Contemnor/ Petitioner for his willful disobedience of the order of this Court made in W.P. (MD).No.24278 of 2016 dated 27.02.2025.

ORDER

The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the respondent has complied with the order. However, if there is any discrepancy in calculation, the petitioner may be granted liberty to adjudicate the same.

2.The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that the order passed by this Court is complied with.

3.Hence, the contempt petition is closed. No costs. The petitioner is at liberty to adjudicate, if there is any error in the calculation.
