Respondents Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Habeas Corpus, directing the 2nd respondent to produce body of the detenue namely Vaishali W/o. P.Karthik aged 21 years before this Hon'ble Court and set her at liberty.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by R.SUDHAKAR,J.) This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed for a direction to the second respondent to produce body of the detenue namely, Vaishali, W/o. P.Karthik aged 21 years before this Court and set her at liberty. Petitioner claims that he has married the detenue. 2.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor with the Investigating Officer has produced the detenue before this Court. We enquired her. been detained by any one. She has firmly informed us that she is willing to go along with her father.

3.Recording the statement made by the detenue, the Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
