ORDER

It is a petition seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioner and her family members in the guise of enquiry for tracing the petitioner's son namely Vignesh and defacto complainant's grand daughter namely Durga, who eloped after love affairs.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side).

3. It is the case of the prosecution that one Vignesh and Durga have been in love with each other and both of them found missing and in respect of the missing of the girl, HCP (MD) No.123/2016 has been filed before this Court, in which, the detenu has been directed to be produced before this Court on 14.09.2016.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is the mother of the missing son Vignesh and the petitioner is also anxious in knowing fate of her son and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

therefore, she should not be further harassed by the respondent under the guise of enquiry.

5. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions, would submit that the presence of the petitioner is not required for further enquiry.
