Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed under Section 151 of Civil Procedure Code praying this Hon'ble Court to modify the portion of para No.4 in the order copy passed in WA(MD) No.304 of 2018 dated 28.02.2018 as " 4. Accordingly, this writ appeal fails and is dismissed. We find that pursuant to the direction issued by the Writ Court, the petitioner has given a representation to the first respondent on 30.03.2017, which has been received in the office of the first respondent on 31.03.2017. The first respondent is directed to consider the said representation in terms of the direction issued by the Writ Court, within a period of eight seeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment".

INSTEAD OF " 4. Accordingly, this writ appeal fails and is dismissed. We find that pursuant to the direction issued by the Writ Court, the petitioner has given a representation to the first respondent on 04.06.2017, which has been received in the office of the first https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Writ Appeal is filed under Clause 15 of Letters Patent, to set aside the order dated 23.03.2017 made in W.P.(MD) No.12765 of 2016 on the file of this Court.

Prayer in WP(MD). 12765/ 2016 :- Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorari calling for the records relating to the impugned order passed by the 1st respondent in his proceedings C.No. A2/6259/143/2015 R.O.No. 190/2015 dated 27.05.2015 and the consequential impugned order passed by the 2nd respondent in his proceedings C.No.F1/24356/2015 D.O.No. 784/2015 dated 03.06.2015 and quash the same as illegal.
