ORDER
When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the prayer sought for by the petitioner has become infructuous. Hence, he sought permission of this Court to withdraw the petition and he also made an endorsement to that effect.
2. Permission is granted and accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. The first and second respondents are directed to return the EMD amount to the petitioner. No costs.
