Respondents PRAYER:- Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus, to direct the respondents to produce the parents of the petitioner viz., Nagarajan aged about 74 years and Ratha aged about 68 years or their bodies before this Court and set them at liberty and pass such further or other orders. ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by S.NAGAMUTHU,J] The petitioner is the son of Nagarajan and Radha, who are major, aged 67 and 63 years respectively. According to the petitioner, they have been found missing from 05.08.2015 onwards. Therefore, the petitioner has filed the present Habeas Corpus Petition.

2. Today when the matter was taken up, the detenu were produced by the respondent Police. They would state that because of some pressure from the creditors and they unable to bear their torture, they stayed at Alandurai in Coimbatore District. They would further submit that they were neither illegally detained nor harrassed by anybody and they would further submit that they want to go back to the same place and reside there.

4. In view of the same, no further direction is required in this Habeas Corpus Petition. Accordingly, this Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed.
