Heard both sides.

2.I have serious doubts regarding maintainability of the writ petition itself. This is because the second respondent is not a nationalised Bank. However, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the Bank submitted that if the petitioner pays the balance amount, the second respondent will issue the sale certificate and extend their co-operation for registration of the same.

3.Recording the said submission, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
