This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the 1st respondent not interfere with the civil dispute and not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry . 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the 1st respondent would submit that based on the complaint an enquiry was conducted and the same has been closed and that the harassment as alleged by the petitioner is not true.
