O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the 2nd Respondent to expedite the investigation in Crime No. 332 of 2016 and file a final report within a time frame. The second respondent registered a case in Crime No.332 of 2016 punishable under Sections 341, 294(b), 323 and 506(i) IPC on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner herein. The alleged reason mentioned in the petition for stipulating a fixed time is not acceptable one.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that investigation is almost completed and he seeks further time to file final report before the Court concerned since the case was registered only in the year 2016 i.e., on 05.11.2016.

3.In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) and also the nature of offences involved in this case, the 2nd respondent Police is directed to file the final https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

report as expeditiously as possible. The Criminal Original petition is disposed of.
