This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records in the case in C.C.No.358 of 2016 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Karur and quash the same as against the petitioner / accused No.1.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that since PW.1 has already been examined in chief before the trial court nothing survives for further consideration in this petition.

3. In view of the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, the petitioner is given liberty to take all the defence before the trial Court. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. 05.06.2023 Index :
