ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to take appropriate action against the respondents 3 to 5 in the light of his representations dated 28.01.2026 and 04.02.2026 in accordance with law as per the dictation laid down by the Hon'ble Apex Court in Lalitha Kumari Vs. Government of Uttar Pradesh, within a stipulated period as may be fixed by this Court.

2. This Court without expressing any opinion on merits is directing the official respondents to consider the petitioner's representations dated 28.01.2026 and 04.02.2026 and pass orders in accordance to law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
