Selvaraj, aged 24 years, from the Central jail, Palayamkottai and alaso at liberty. For Petitioner : No appearance For Respondents : Mr.T.Mohan Additional Public Prosecutor

O R D E R

[Order of the Court was made by V.S.RAVI,J] This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed challenging the order of detention made by the second respondent by his proceedings in MHS.Confdl.No.75/2015.

2. Today when the matter was taken up, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that as per G.O.Rt.No.334, Co-operation, Food and Consumer Protection (E3) Department, dated 02.09.2015, the detention order has been revoked.

3. In view of the same, nothing survives in this Habeas Corpus Petition and therefore this Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
