The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the right foot of the first petitioner's mother got fractured and hence, the petitioners were unable to arrange sureties.

2. The reasons stated in the petition are satisfactory. Hence, in the interest of justice, this Court does inclined to allow the petition. 1/3

3. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed and time is extended till 09.04.2025 to comply the conditions imposed in the pre-arrest bail order dated 30.01.2025 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.1890 of 2025.
